Food Technology Students attended the National Conference on Food and Agricultural Post-harvest Technology

Kustiowati and Lidwina, IULI students from the Food Technology Study Program, enjoyed their participation in the 2018 National Conference on Food and Agricultural Post-Harvest Technology hosted by the Gajah Mada University in Jogjakarta.

The conference discussed various new developments in post-harvest and processing technology, as well as showcasing new innovations and novel products that are using unique Indonesian biodiversity as the raw materials produced by the agricultural sector. These products will be good for national consumption, and for export to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian products on the international stage. Moreover, the innovations will also support government programs for future food security.
