Computer Science Programming Competition

Computer Science Programming Competition is an internal event that connects all the students of Computer Science (COS) in one bowl. The competition started on 5 September 2018, and will end on 3 October 2018. Two groups of 5 and 6 students are competing to produce the best program.

They are challenged to create a routine in a Raspberry PI to control a DC motor using a joystick within 4 weeks. The one that can construct an effective and efficient program is considered the winner. This event is an entry point to the next challenging step, which is applying this routine into a more useful aspect respective to the human life. We also Thank the Mechatronics Department who helped assembling the DC motor driver test bed, which will enable the COS students to test their program.
