The journal of IULI students was selected for an International Conference on Social Business, Economic and Management Studies, Bangkok, Thailand

October 27th, 2016 – The journal of IULI students was selected for an International Conference on Social Business, Economic and Management. The 3rd semester students of the Faculty Business and Social Science, Raditya Ramaganesha Djuliardhie, Tisa Sartika Sari, Ignatius Andreas and Jeremy Hardijanto wrote “Stacking-Up Workforce & Motivation to Improve Lego’s Productivity” as the title of the journal. The journal was also edited by Dr. Samuel Prasetya, the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences.

“Lego is a big and unique company with easy to access data, so we’re interested to verifying previous research and to know more about their corporate culture based on their productivity,” said Raditya Ramaganesha.

The journal went through many steps with the final selection by Academica Nusa International. This conference will be held on February 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand and will be participated in by universities from many countries.
