The title of their work is ” The Impact On Organizational Culture Between Ethnicity And Individual Behavior: A Case Study On Organizational Behavior In Indonesia “.
This paper is the outcome of the course subject Organizational Behavior & Development, during which time, the students have engaged in direct observations and conducting surveys on several variables. Our students work has been independently acknowledged to be presented during the conference the works of professors, business practitioners, top-level managers, researchers, doctoral students, and master degree holders.
