Guest Lecture: Idden Valiant discusses the importance of Cost of Capital for Organizations

Guest Lecturer, Mr. Idden Valiant, MM (Binus), MA (Erasmus, Rotterdam) gave a lecture in the course of Financial Management 2 for students in International Business Administration (IBA 18) & Aviation Management (AVM 18), which is handled by Dr. Samuel Prasetya this semester, and discussed the importance of Cost of Capital for Organizations, including Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), Bond & Stock Valuation.

Mr. Idden Valiant spent 6 years in Risk Management & Financial Control at Citibank, is currently the CEO of Dive Iso, and has successfully received a full scholarship to Erasmus to study Economics Development. Additionally he holds the 3rd Dan Kukkiwon black belt in Tae Kwon Do
