High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is an analytical technique used in the chemical, food, pharmacy and cosmetic industries. HPLC is a highly sensitive and accurate method for identifying, measuring, and separating components within a mixture.

As part of the Physical Analytical Laboratory and Food Processing Technology Laboratory, fourth and sixth-semester students have the opportunity to participate in the HPLC Training held at Ditek Jaya (@dj_trainingcenter) in Kedoya, West Jakarta. During the training, students learn about the basic principles of HPLC, operating HPLC instruments, sample preparation, the use of separation columns, and the interpretation of analysis results.

This training provides students with the opportunity to develop practical skills in applying HPLC in chemical analysis. Such training helps students prepare for careers in the field of chemical analysis or related industries in the future.
