Continuing to Explore Coffee making – The art of Coffee Subject

IULI HTM students continue their pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee! Within the topic on their course ‘The Art of Coffee’, led by the expertise of Pak Aris from BARACIK – SEKOPI, students do not just test existing coffee products, but also try to produce new and improved Roasted Cappuccino, Nutella Coffee, Nitro Coffee, Green Tea Coffee, and Affogato Coffee. This labour of love involves mixing and tasting and, finally, judging which the best cup of coffee is. Of course, perfection is subjective so they keep on tasting and drinking!
