Collaboration about The Art of Coffee Subject and Value Based Management at Kenny Rogers Roaster Coffee

IULI HTM, IBA and MGT students also study the business of coffee within the ‘Art of Coffee’ topic. Coffees is increasingly popular in Indonesia and in the world. The task of the students is to come up with suggestions of how Indonesian coffee can further penetrate the world market for coffee, remembering that some Indonesian brands are already popular worldwide. One technology they explore is the transformation of coffee beans into coffee capsules. The task is to make the world aware of what is already a high quality product-Indonesian coffee.
