Salad & Pasta: HTM Cooking Workshop

Students of the Department of Hotel & Tourism Management (HTM batch 2015) in their cooking workshop prepared 5 salad varieties. With the helping hand of IULI’s internationally known chef, Mr. Timotius A. Rachmat, MM (Hos), students had the opportunity to have first-hand experience in preparing tortilla salad with taco dips, fruit salad, beef salad with balsamic vinegrette, pasta & chicken salad, and potato salad. Hopefully, students will prepare these salads for family and friends at the weekend!! The salad dishes were the continuation of a previous practical session where students had to prepare three different varieties of pasta: Carbonara, Italian, and Pesto.
