In the industrial world, the vibrations of a rotating machine used as a basis for setting the step and schedule for maintenance. To make a prediction of the condition of a rotating machine, we can monitoring a water pump, for example is the pump that we met in our daily. By doing vibration measurement using stroboskope, we will know the fan velocity of that pumps every second. While using accelorometer that connected with data logger software on the laptop we will know the velocity the changing of graph every second. After comparing with the results of experiments on three kinds of water pumps normal, abnormal, and the difference lies in the standard in the acceleration produced by a rotary pump which displayed by didisplaykan graph on matlab and frequency values are generated, which clearly illustrates the previous impeller rotation every 10 seconds observation.
