GENERAL INFORMATION

Tuition/Semester Fee

Exchange students from IULI partner’s universities will not be charged the Tuition fee but are required to pay semester contribution of Rp. 2,000,000 (€130)

ELIGIBILITY

  • Students must complete 1 year in home university
  • If English is not your primary language, student must show proof of English proficiency
    TOEFL: min score 525 (PBT) or 60-78 (IBT)
    IELTS: no less than 6.0

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Application form
  • Scanned copy of passport (minimum validity of 18 months)
  • Passport size photo with red background
  • Latest academic transcript from home university
  • Recommendation letter from home university
  • Proof of English proficiency TOEFL/IELTS
  • Health Insurance
    • Recommended to have an international health insurance that is applicable for medical conditions overseas.
    • Proof of health certificate (issued by doctor or local hospital in your country).

VISA APPLICATIONS

  • Before studying in Indonesia, the International Student is required to apply for a Study Permit (issued by the Ministry of Higher Education) and a Limited Stay Permit (KITAS).
  • The process of obtaining the Study Permit & Telex Visa takes approximately 6-8 weeks.
  • Upon arrival in Jakarta, students must report to immigration to process the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS).
  • Visa Fee
    Students are responsible for handling their immigration documents and also for all expenses. Our office can recommend an agent to process your immigration documents at your own expense.
    1. Vitas Fee – to be paid to the Indonesian Embassy in your country (upon collecting the student visa) approx. USD105/€100
    2. Telex, E-Kitas, STM, SKTT incl. EPO fee: Rp. 7,500,000 (€500)
