On Friday, November 27, 2015 IULI visited the Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute-ICAI in Curug to discuss cooperation between the two institutions for training programs and pilot licenses for IULI students. IULI was represented by the rector, Dr. Ir. Tutuko Prajogo, MSMfgE and the coordinator for Aviation Engineering in Europe, Prof. Bernd Hamacher.
IULI is planning to offer a concentration which will lead to a pilot’s license for its graduates in the Aviation Engineering department. \”We believe that this will be one of the selling points for the graduates in addition to the skills they learn in Aviation Engineering\”, said Tutuko.
IULI team was welcomed, amongst others, by the director of ICAI, Ir. Yudhi Sari Sitompul, MM. Amongst those present are Prof. Bernd Hamacher (third from left), Bambang Sudarmadji, first assistant to the director of ICAI for Academic Fields (fourth from left) and Dr. Ir. Tutuko Prajogo, MSMfgE (eighth from left).
